FELTED CHRISTMAS STOCKING Sunday's ~ October 11th, November 1st & 15th  1:00 p.m. ~ 4:00 p.m.     Have fun learning some great new techniques while preparing for the holiday season, Santa will be thrilled to fill this snazzy stocking, to be sure! Cost for class:  $35 (plus the cost of materials) Must know how to knit and have some knitting experience (Must have a minimum of 4 participants to conduct class)   THE TWO HOUR HAT WORKSHOP Saturday's ~ October 17th & 24th   10:00 p.m. ~ 12:30 p.m. You've learned the knit stitch, you want to start a project and see the rewards quickly?!  This is definitely the project for you!  You will knit in the round (on BIG needles) and learn how to decrease and have a great gift just in time for the holidays! Cost for class: $30 (plus the cost of materials) Beginner level ~ Must be comfortable with the "knit" stitch (Must have a minimum of 4 participants to conduct class)   THE KOIGU WRAP SCARF Sunday ~ October 18th   1:00 p.m. ~ 4:00 p.m. You will be the wonder of all your friends with this little treasure!  The technique you'll learn in this class, combined with the exquisite, hand-painted yarn, will have you "wowed" when you've finished this project! Cost for class: $25 (plus cost of materials) Intermediate level   (Must have a minimum of 4 participants to conduct class)     THE WEEKEND SWEATER Workshop Sunday ~ October 25th & Saturday ~ November 7th   1:00 p.m. ~ 4:00 p.m. You can knit this great little weekender in no time!  You start from the top and knit your way down.  A fun, quick and manageable project... another great gift for the holiday season... but you'll probably want to keep it for yourself! Cost for class: $35 (plus the cost of materials) Must be comfortable with knit and purl and increase and decrease techniques... we'll teach you the rest! (Must have a minimum of 4 students to conduct class) FESTIVE HOLIDAY LIGHTS Saturday ~ November 7th 10:00 a.m. ~ 12 noon Get ready for the Holidays by knitting up your very own strand of Festive Holiday Lights!  Now here's an eco-friendly way to light up your home or Christmas tree... In this class we'll learn how to knit on double-pointed needles while learning a new skillm making an I-cord. Cost for class: $20 (plus the cost of materials) Intermediate level ~ Must be comfortable with the "knit" stitch and increase and decrease techniques. (Must have a minimum of 4 students to conduct class)   THE BEGINNER'S KNIT Sunday's ~ November 22nd, December 6th & 13th 1:00 p.m. ~ 3:30 p.m. In this class we'll learn the basics of knitting, beginning with the basic knit and purl, moving on to the increase and decrease techniques and finishing with casting on, binding off and the cable stitch. Cost for class: $45 (plus the cost of materials) Must have willing and able fingers and a smiling face!.
